Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related.
Male/Female 30 ? 40 years old.
Min. 7 years experience IT Project Management and 2 years for management area.
Knowledge & Skilled in ITIL, MCSE, CompTia & IT Projects.
Strong leadership, good project planning and implementation.
Good command of English.
Assign IT Staff daily jobs and check to-do lists. Provide training and all required theoretical and practical procedures. Troubleshoot and provide support under corporate standards. Document and archive all correspondence and retain a record of troubleshoot related matters. Follow up with suppliers? visits and maintenance.
Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services to higher level. Assist existing/new units when it is required. With approval of IT Manager
? Participate in the development and implementation of IT systems in alignment with Company?s strategic plan, technology plan, business planning objectives and Company policy.
? Ensure the security of the Company?s computing environment and data; assign security and access privileges for users; troubleshoot technical problems.
? Advice and assistance related to software selections, implementation and operation, technical support and system architecture.
